I am giving them 4 stars because it is taking them over a month to respond and solve a little issue I had with delivery.One of the clasps is missing, I am still waiting for the replacement to arrive.HOWEVER IT IS indeed beautiful and well made 100% leather.

buckles are horrible
I had to replace the shoulder strap's buckles with locking carabiner's. The attached ones do not support the weight of the bag, and don't even stay closed. One actually broke entirely.This isn't enough of a problem to warrant a return, but I am disappointed.

Durable bag
The quality is excellent and durable. It fits my 17” laptop plus all my files that I have to carry plus cords and a mouse. The snaps are easy to use and the strap is solid. No smell at all, I used it the day I got it.

Nice bag. Needs small pockets for cell, pens, etc.
High quality bag. Lots of space inside for files, computer, etc. Could be improved if it had some smaller pockets for cell, note pads, pens.
