Great for Backpacking
I bought this down blanket to add to my sleeping system. I currently have an Elightened down quilt which is rated 30 degrees, however, the quilt is more suitable for 40+ degrees in my opinion. I have slept in 20-35 degree weather with just my quilt and it did not keep me warm at all, therefore, instead of spending another $400-500 dollars for another sleeping quilt designed for 20 degree weather, I purchased this Rumpl down blanket to add to the top of my quilt. I have used it once in 28 degree weather along with my sleeping quilt and it did a great job in add more warmth to my sleep. I used the Sea to Summit Premium Blend Silk/Cotton Liner to cover my sleeping pad and then used my sleeping quilt and then on top of the sleeping quilt I had the Rumpl blanket. The only clothing I had on while sleeping was a tee shirt and underwear and I did not get cold once. I recommend using this to add to your sleeping system or just as a blanket in 40+ degree weather.

The best, but leaks feathers
I'm really in love with my Rumpl blanket. I bought it for camping and travel but it's also usually on the couch waiting for a cuddle. The 1 person is a great size for getting cozy, but nearly too small to sleep under (I'm 5'10"). Can be done if needed but requires some tucking around the edges for warmth. The only downside to this blanket is that is leaks feathers horribly. I can see them coming out at the seams. Our tent was filled with tiny feathers floating everywhere too. Love it, but I wish it wasn't leaking so badly. Was hoping to take on a long haul flight but I'm thinking it may be too feathery for that.

Warm and light and amazing!
At first i was a bit skeptical to plunk down 159 bucks for a throw. Glad i did, very warm, i keep it away from my little smelly dogs, (ha) but that’s ok, it is a bit slippery but i can find it when it slips off. Very warm! Didn’t think it would be so warm, wish you made coats! Cool

Does the job and weighs less than any couple's sleeping bag
I have a high-end couples sleeping bag that's good to 25 or 40 degrees, depending on which side you face up. It weighs 4 lbs and is quite bulky. The 2-person down Rumpl weighs only 2 lbs, folds way more compact, and is much less confining for 2 than any sleeping bag. For camping or backpacking above 40 degrees, it looks like the no-brainer choice to me. So far, I used it only once on a 50-degree night. Lessons learned: 1) It's a blanket, not a mummy bag. My head was cold and I should have worn a warm hat to bed. 2) It's a blanket, not a tent heater. Under the blanket was warm. Above it and the rest of my very well ventilated tent was cold. If I could do that night camping all over again, I probably would have gone with the couple's sleeping bag. For backpacking though, this blanket will always be my first choice for nights above 50-60 degrees.

super light and packed up nice and small just as ...
super light and packed up nice and small just as I expected. First I was not so sure about how warm such a light blanket can actually keep. I have to say this blanket is amazing. It keeps me super nice and warm even at colder temps at around 10-15°C. I have not yet had the chance to test it in colder weather but am sure it will be just fine. Thumbs up for this great product!

Extremely comfortable
The only thing I do not like about this blanket is its price, but it is super comfortable, I live in Bogota and the weather in the night is between 13 and 7 celcius, I am not sure of the temperature in my room but I clarify that I sleep with little clothes and windows open. This blanket has been too comfortable and in its first use, I have slept for almost 24 hours straight, in the moments when I woke up I am not sweating or cold, this is only a first impression and I can not talk about its duration or any problem that reveals itself over time

surprise hit
well....i was NOT excited to see that my husband had gotten me this blanket for a Christmas present.....It was such a non-jewelry surprise. But It was really a fun thing to use to sit outside and cover up just a little bit when i reluctantly gave it a try last night. We sat together under it on the balcony with a very light rain and cool air....... very comfy and cozy. joette, the wife
