They don't always connect automatically, and reconnecting them is a faff (holding down buttons etc.).2. They disconnect spontaneously.3. They don't locate in the charger accurately - it's often a fiddle to get them to make contact.I've used more than one other Bluetooth receiver with the same iPhone and don't get the connection/disconnection problems, so I'm pretty sure the problem is with these earbuds. Also, the sound is on the thin side. OK for speech but not great for music. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Can be unreliable *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 May 2019* Great headphones but I found problems with the reliability. Often they disconnect without warning and I have to reset them which can be annoying ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent noise quality *by S***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 20 September 2020* Very good product. Bought as a second pair because first pair for lost.
