Great book and great seller!!!

Don't buy this expecting a full thick book full of filler and uselessness. Ric's wrighting style is the same as he speaks. To the point, no bs. It's a short book with direct info. Love it.

Excellent information .. A few grammatical errors more like a broklet than a book.

This book is the same as every other steroid book....the basic stuff, when is someone going to bring out a hardcore book on steroids

A bit small, but had some good info in it for the beginner. Certainly not for the experienced user.
