Missing Parts
Missing crucial parts such as volume control. I should have known better that to order something made in China.

Very cheaply made, and very poor instructions!
It works okay at first. But very soon it doesn't amplify. I tried to charge it but the darn thing doesn't take a charge! The charger is also very cheaply made, and so lightweight that it doesn't stay flat on a level surface. I had to throw the bleeding thing away!Do yourself a favor and don't buy it!!

MY BAD CHOICE FOR BUYING THIS PIECE OF JUNK,A WASTE OF MY EFFORT TIME AND MONEY.THE BETTER CHOICE IS THE HEARING AID AMPLIFIER WHICH HAS AN ADAPTER THAT CAN BE CHARGE TO THE WALL SOCKET OR EXTENTION OUTLET AND ONE CAN EASILY PUT THE EAR PLUG TO THE HEARING AID EASY AND CONVENIENT TO RECHARGE AND YOU WILL KNOW IT IS REALLY RECHARGING

Dont waste your money on this poorly put together item. Not work the trouble..
Dont bother getting these they are so cheaply put together its dam near impossible to get them to properly set into their case like they are supposed to ans what the picture shows. Its junk dont waste your money. Save it up and get a much better hearing aid at a more reputable place... with much better quality...

Give your doc a call instead
It's small but it makes this awful screeching noise and does not amplify any other sounds. If you didnt have hearing problems before you will after using this item. Save your money on this one and go to a doctor to get a real one.
