It seems like a lot of the frustration in these reviews comes from trying to use this for physical therapy purposes - frankly, it is the best VIBRATOR I've ever used! - the strange pulsing patterns and the completely waterproof design might be a tip-off as to its true purpose... Yes, you can use it for other things, but this is what its design suits best - and it is the BEST I've ver used - I've bought it twice... If you're looking for a great vibrator, this handle fits nicely in the palm of your hand and can go in any position, the strength levels are a wide variety, and I LOVE it. (Why are the others so often shaped like Miscrophones? Those are hard to hold, you hand is far from the end, silly!) This is perfect. I don't use the weird pulsing patterns, but if you like those there are several of them.Turning it on is weird, you ***press the middle button for like three seconds until the blue light comes on, then you have to *****press either the solid strength button or the pulse strength button for it to start vibrating, then you can move either one up and down as you like. **To turn it off press the middle button for another three seconds. You'll get used to it.Excellent product. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is the real solid good product, not like some other product similar to toy. This is my second purchase as a back up. I like it very much.

I had it charged in all night. it did not work. waited a week. charged it in all night it worked 5 min. the company refuses to give a refund. it says go to our web sight for help you go to the web sight and it says this sight is not available It does not give you any options for return or refund except contact the manufacturer for returns but there is no way to do that. every avenue they offer is saying no web sight available. Amazon is not helping me at all This is not a good example of HOW amazon does business.

I'm going to be completely honest, I haven't really used this product. But I am returning it still and am writing a review because it is too big for the purpose that I got it for. I got it to use on a specific, small area. If you understand what I mean, great. If you don't, don't worry about it. But if maybe you are getting it, with the same purpose in mind, don't get it. It is WAY too big. And that's my fault for not paying attention to the dimensions, but if you're like me and liked the design of it and just assumed that it would be an appropriate size, it's not. While the shape of the handle (I guess that's what I would call it) leads you to the belief that you're meant to hold it inbetween your fingers, it is a little bit to big and bulky to be comfortable. I even thought about keeping it to help with my other aches and pains, but what I need help with most is back pain, and with this massgaer and my range of motion I wouldn't be able to comfortably reach the areas that I need it to.

Inside the box, the massager and power cord are packed securely in foam cutouts inside the box, storing them nicely. There is also a small fold-out instruction booklet.The power cord to charge this is magnetically attached, and seems to be a proprietary cord – so definitely don't lose this one!The instructions are uncomplicated and are written in multiple languages. The instructions do note that you should put the new charger on to charge the batteries for at least 30 minutes. (The instructions also note that from complete discharge it will take 2 and ½ hours to recharge the unit completely) The unit does not come with a wall adapter, so you'll have to provide your own. A phone, charger or battery pack, or something similar. When you put the unit on to charge, there is a small white LED on the top near the power buttons that blinks to let you know that it is charging. I left it on charge for a while, and it seems that the blinking light goes dark when it is fully charged.As far as the operation of the massage, it's fairly easy. There's a single power button, a plus button, and a minus button. You hold the power button down for 3 seconds, then cycle through over variety of vibration patterns and intensities using the plus or minus button. I like that you can back up a cycle, so if you find one that you like and go past it, you can back up one to get the exact vibration you desire.Some of the vibration patterns are a little louder than I thought they might be, for a unit that is advertised as being reasonably quiet. While it's not extremely noisy, on some of the harder/ faster patterns, the noise is quite noticeable.

I bought this for my neck and my migraine issues. I was recently diagnosed with BPPV (benign proximal positional vertigo) it’s where the mucus plug in the inner ear drains and the crystals on the inside free float in the tubes, your sensors then signal to your brain telling you that you are spinning. I seen a dr and they used an interesting technique while placing a vibrating tool on the side of my head to shake the out of place crystal back. Trust me it sounds like voodoo but it’s an actual thing. Anyhow I got this to aid in the adjustment if I couldn’t afford to go have a dr do it. I have tested it out on my neck and absolutely love the massager for that purpose! Super easy to hold and put pressure while running it up and down the tough spots in the neck! Nice material several different speeds to aid in removing the knots in the neck.Definitely worth the money spent!I’m not quite sure how people are using this as an intimate “toy” because it’s kind of awkward for that. So that’s a negative ghost rider for me!
