OK, Kayak not sure its worth full asking price !
Kayak received today all seems OK.BUILD:Quality is OK, a lot of pin holes in plastic around the seems and over the body which is a poorly moulded plastic as from experience, pin holes can cause problems as these are all weak points, and have seen kayaks leak at pin holes that go straight through kayak.Make sure you clean the kayak out BEFORE USE, these cheapies never get cleaned out so if you are plastic friendly do not empty water out on beach as you will love tons of plastic filings on the beach to really help out our plastic problem. No instructions, there is nothing explaining how to set up the rudder controls, I am assuming there is a way to adjust it all as they are only using loosely tied knots.Handles don't really fit very well, was expecting nice fabric and rubber handles as per the picture as the hard plastic ones can be brutal on the hands, a bit of flexibility can go a long way trust me.Rudder guid line tubes are just cable tied and glued in I am guessing with superglue as on mine there is a horrible white residue every where around the holes and two of them just pull out anyway.Around seams of kayak there are a few scratches, and inside where you sit is a nice deep scratch, not sure from where but it looks horrible.Only other gripe is, it's not a Kayak built by Concept I am guessing it is re-branded when shipped into UK as this is a GoSea kayak.Overall from a kayaker thats had multiple brands and have reviewed a few kayaks in my time, this is ok, is it worth £425? In my opinion NO, I would expect to pay about £380 for this quality with paddle and seat. Never the less I will get it out on the water and update my review with a sea worthiness, which will also include things like water in take, weight, ease and use and more importantly stability etc.18/07/2018 - UpdateTook it for a paddle today and all seemed good, no water intake at all into hull, unlike my Galaxy Kayaks, easy enough to go through water, I was on quite big swells today, and even sitting side on into them I didn't once feel as if it was going to tip.Issues:I have a set of wheels exactly what they sell at the HUB, but the bottom of kayak is not really flat enough of sit to sit on wheels properly even when strapped down solid, the wheels still moved about and made pulling it really hard, maybe scupper hole wheels will work a lot better.Front rod holders for my liking hold the rod too upright, they need to have the same type of angle as the rear ones.the carry handle on front is no where near long enough, when kayak sat on wheels "some what" the carry handle is quite short so you end up crushing your fingers against the drain plug, very uncomfortable.

Be careful!
I have previously owned sit on fishing kayaks with no problems. This kayak is sold as a sea kayak, be warned it is not suitable for offshore, it has a completely smooth hull with no cut ridges, this makes it incredibly easy to flip over, once it has turned over it is nigh on impossible to get it upright and get yourself back onto it. I found this out when a 1/2 mile offshore, I turned to get my rod from the rear rod holder and over it went, had to swim for it as it would not be pulled upright! Have now fitted 2 tracking fins to the hull, this has helped a bit but I intend to fit another 4 fins to increase the stability further and give some resistance when trying to pull myself back on board should it decide to flip. OK as sold for flat calm lakes provided you can swim ashore.

Good kayak for lighter paddlers
I bought one this summer 2020 direct from Outdoor Hub labeled as GoSea. They are completely moulded and put together in China - confirmed by a worker at their Truro warehouse. Not much about these online but you can see more about them as the very similar Ocean Kayak Tetra 10.Bob-la is correct about the plastic swarf inside (see pic) which needs to be cleaned out before it escapes into the environment, and the finger crushing front handle until you learn to avoid the drain plug. Some things seem improved eg the fit and finish seems better on mine than Bob-la's, no scratches or other flaws like pinholes - maybe the quality control has improved. I like the hard rubber handles as it allows an easy lift above the head to put on a car or carry up steps from a local beach.Generally very pleased with mine, pretty stable, fast for its length, glides well and the rudder reduces weathercocking. The front two rod holders protrude quite a bit and can catch your paddle - if I could magic them away I would. What seems strange for something sold as a fishing kayak is there's quite a low freeboard and little spare legroom as the boat tapers sharply to the bow. Also it's nowhere near as buoyant as my older GoSea Angler Stealth (which is shorter but wider with higher sides and higher bow) and I'm not close to the Explore 10's max weight rating. Without the scupper bungs the rear storage area has a couple of inches of water in it. The front hatch is waterproof (even when I capsized intentionally a few times to practice getting back on top) and fits the large wheels of C-tug trolley. Not sure whether I'd recommend this for fishing but a great recreational kayak!PS I'd avoid their two-piece paddle - they are cheap but mine quickly fell apart and the Hub refunded for it..
