Works well with my Hero 4 camera on a curved bike helmet. I got into an accident recently so I bought this for my rides around town. I've used it a dozen times now and I'm overall happy with the product. The base part as the complete set may be too long for bike helmets and weird looking but they give you the option to shorten it. which I like. Also clips off and on if you don't want to bring it with you.

Worked great on my helmet, haven’t had any issues with it coming off or anything!

The base that snaps in shakes in the mount, making the whole thing very wobbly.

Perfect for mounting GoPros. I also can mount just about anything with this.
