Half the class argued for - cool! So
I teach 5th grade students in Illinois. We read an article about "Food of the Future" and it dealt with scientific reasoning on why insect protein, for its reduced footprint in land area for growing insects, and reduced energy resources for growing insects, might become a staple for future diets. My students had write arguments for eating insects, or against eating insects. Half the class argued for - cool! So, I ordered cricket flour and made cookies, I ordered edible mealworms, and I ordered these grasshoppers, and the class was invited to try all three types of insects. The cricket cookies, while leaving a terrible stench in my kitchen when baking, were good. The edible mealworms were crunchy and ok. But these grasshoppers - they were the best! My students (who participated - 25 out of 27) also voted these grasshoppers the best. There's a lot in the container - I still have half a container left! They taste nutty, and the spice is of a gourmet quality. Highly recommended!

The best crunchy grasshoppers!! without little legs!!!!
Finally, I find the best grasshoppers (and without legs, just personal opinion) I try those and I love it, the flavor and they are so crunchy. Like snacks, with food, with shakes (the plain). I am so happy to find them, even my kids love them. My favorite is the chipotle flavor and when you have a guest is the perfect combination with some drinks!

Curiosity satisfied but not something I would order again, there are better snacks although it was good but a little spikey eating them.

They are not bad, but I'm still acquiring a taste for the ...
Though I've had chipotle sauce before, I've never had adobo sauce or grasshoppers before, so I decided to just kill two birds with one stone and have them both. They are not bad, but I'm still acquiring a taste for the buggy flavor (it's not bad, I promise). The adobo is not very spicy at all, and makes this product extra tangy - so if you're looking for a slightly spicy, tangy snack with a crunch, this might be up your alley. I've heard that they can be added to other things, but I've yet to do so - I have mostly just stuck to eating them with my fingers.

first timer
I never ate a insect before so this is my first time looking into a grasshopers eye. I tend to eat weird things than better chips and cup of noodles so i tried buying 2 of these . One is adobe and the other one. I tried the adobe. It is a unique taste. These grasshoppers are high quality. You can tell by the crunch. Its expensive but great to eat.

You should try it!
these are really good. all you have to do is forget you're eating grasshoppers and its quite the pleasant snack. I somehow even got my wife to try and she almost depleted my bottle! I had to hide it from her! definitely going to buy more, I'ma try the Adobo next. it SEEMS a little pricey but, then again I dont know what the going rate for grasshoppers is so, what can you do?when you tell people you're trying grasshopper they give you a look like you're weird and disgusting, but these are the same people that will eat pork! now THAT'S disgusting!.
