First, the pros:Very cheap. Stays off when you tell it to be off. They only cover 1 socket. Easy to set up and use. And... yeah. That's about it. So overall, not bad.The cons:Randomly turns off and back on... often. I bought these to give em a try. A few days later I ordered replacements because the ones they sent me were turning off and immediately turning back on about every 10-15 minutes. I have a few strings of Christmas lights plugged into them, so it isn't super terrible that they do this, but it IS annoying as heck. I got my replacements tonight and set them up. So far, after about 30 minutes one of the new ones has turned on and off no less than 7 times! I'm pretty sure that's a new record! We'll see if the other one makes it until bedtime in 2 hours!Bonus feature:Since these are such utter trash at staying on, you will always be within the 30-day return window to send them back when they fail! Normally my electronics from Amazon don't fail until day 40 or so - so I'm counting this as a win!

This is the first 'smart' product I've bought. I recently got a google mini and decided I wanted to get something to work with it and control it with. And this plug is awesome. Now I don't even have to get up to turn on the lamp or my electric heater. There are two sockets and each one can be controlled individually or together.Just download the smart link app, plug it in to a socket, and its all good. Set up is easy and then you can add it to the google home and control it with your voice. Honestly, really really awesome and would definitely recommend to anyone interested in starting up a smart home.

I've been using this smart plug for several days now, and I have to say I'm quite impressed.The build quality is very good and feels sturdy in the hand. It plugs in to the wall nicely and things plug into the device well.Setup was straightforward, but keep these things in mind:You must have your phone connected to your 2.4ghz network in order for the Smart Life app to communicate with the smart plug. You can use an email address instead of a phone number in the Smart Life app, so you don't need to worry about giving your phone number away. Google Home can add the device, but not each individual outlet. If you want to control each outlet of the device separately, you'll have to set up an IFTTT task to do so (not difficult either).It works very well and I'm glad I can turn all of my living rooms lights on and off now through Google Assistant.

They are okay, have them plugged into 2 nightstand lamps, they randomly turn on and off about every 23 minutes, after just more than an hour, made very loud popping noise, worried that if set to time schedule, might cause electrical fire,still only had few days,will give another week, but might end up returning, setting up to connect took hours, just would not connect, but finally did, got good deal, but might look for better one, update after a week

I cannot connect these plugs! Very frustrating. It says the device is added, however, when I try to use it it says no device is found. It even downloaded to Alexa, but when I try to command the lights it says device not found, even though it's already loaded??? Then I get a notification that I need to update the app, but nothing happens. So apparently I can't update it, therefor rendering them useless. If the company would contact me, and the issue can be resolved, I will be happy to change my rating.

This was our first foray into smart plugs and these were a simple way to start! They were very easy to set up in the smart life app and then connect to my Alexa. In the future I will get the smart plugs for a single outlet. These double ones seemed like the way to go but we’re at a loss what to plug into one of the outlets, but I know what I would use it for in another room. Overall I’m very happy with this simple and easy addition to our smart home!

Easy to configure with clear instructions on how to use. Shipped right on time and I am super happy with this purchase experience. It controls two devices with voice commands and that is exactly what I wanted.
