They are not lying, hot but not! Got a nice little bit of spicy after taste. The actual sauce is also nice and thick.

Just the right amount of sweetness and hot.Perfect!!

I often times avoid BBQ sauce since I find most of them too sweet, too smoky or too vinegary. I took my chances on this one after reading some good reviews and so happy I did. It really is quite tasty with a little hint of hot.

We've been Rufus fans for some time but it's getting hard to find in our local stores so we ordered this one from Amazon. Still the same great flavor but Rufus has shrunk the bottle from 16oz to 15.25oz (the Amazon listing is wrong). Our order showed the product coming from Whole Foods and it still took 11 days? Bottom line great sauce if you can find it local and don't mind the high cost per ounce thanks to shrinking bottles.

Am very particular about Bbq and this one marks all the boxes , sweet , little hot and right amount of thickness ... Perfection... try the other flavors they are great too.

There was nothing wrong with this sauce on Tyson Chicken wings. I used it the day it came in.

I absolutely love this barbecue sauce! It’s the right combination of spices and that tangy taste that I expect from a great sauce. Any barbecue sauce that comes in an old liquor bottle better be good and I have to say this one didn’t disappoint.

I swear by this sauce. People lose their minds.

Great hot sauce when it's available.. thank god I found it at my local Metro for about 6$.
