Handy stool
This stool is great. I like that it folds away and it is rated for heavy people. It's easy to fold now that I remember how lol.

Makes food prep easier
Since I am getting older I purchased this stool to use in the kitchen so I can sit down while doing food prep and such. I can sit comfortably and work at cabinet level. The stool is sturdy and easy to fold and unfold and it stands upright for storage.

Lack of proper assembly instructions.
Lack of instructions on how to unfold and fold so that the item doesn't need to stay in the unfolded state.I don't want to force it. So, I will find another use for this item.

Closing it is a bit frustrating until you figure it out.
Great weight (light). I'm a male and about 285 and never felt like the stool was going to collapse on me. Everyone who has tried it (I work in 27 stores retail) and every store manager wanted one after trying mine out. I've ordered 3 so far with great results on each of them. Now to the ehhh not so great .... opening it is a snap but closing it ... well lets just say it could be smoother. The problem is when it is closed you know when end to "pull up" to open it but when closing it .... you gotta figure out which end to "push down" to close it. Trying to keep the "pin" pulled back and pushing down on one end or the other takes some "training" to get right the first time. I would prefer the seat be a rectangle but I'll take what is available and this seems to be the best option at the time. Great product for a very good price. I would buy again if needed.

Very sturdy, but strews and bolts weaken over time..
Hard to fold and unfold over a period of time....

Great
We ordered 4 stools and received them correctly. The stool is lightweight, pretty strong and don't take much space.A bit hard to open and fold it but I think the more we keep doing that, the more it's easy to do. When we received it, the box is damaged (I forgot to take a picture before throwing the box). Because of that, the stool is also affected (as you can see on the picture). The good thing is only 1 of them was affected. The rest don't have any problems.I would recommend this is for everyone.

I've had it for 2 years and I've loved it
I bought this to use for work.. Nurses who are busy busy like me use it in the medication room cadocument on our laptop on our med carts so the height is perfect... A screw just came out and it's broken but my husband's gonna try to fix it perit's taken a lot of wear and tear in the last 2 years so I don't think that it's a bad thing... I don't think it's a product's fault is what I mean.. It's perfect for what I needed and I plan to buy another one if my husband can't fix this 1

Very good stool but with some issues
I like the fact that it's rated at 300 lbs. The stool it replaced is rated at 200 lbs. weight bearing capacity which all of my 218 lbs. self brought crashing down while having lunch at the kitchen counter. Yes, I learned my lesson but I refuse to lose weight so I'm upgrading and sending a bit more.I would have given this a five star rating but it's still not all that solid. It will hold your weight once you're seated but you have to be very careful getting on the stool lest you drop your butt on one side and accidentally fold the stool and you'll find yourself on the floor, hopefully unharmed. That and the packaging SU*CKS big time. I ordered two of these and I had to return the other one badly damaged. The one I kept has some minor dents too and it's all due to insanely poor packaging. C'mon invest in some packing popcorn or bubble packs to prevent damaging the products. It's bad enough to have waited a long time for your order but to receive it damaged and unacceptable is infuriating.
