Easy to grip, lightweight , slice perfectly
Anything by Victorinox is great. Seems to stay sharp forever. I’ve just purchased bread knife and Santoku knife by Victorinox. Both are lightweight and easy to grip. I had no difficulty cutting nice level slices of the bread with the bread knife with minimum effort. The santoku was perfect on the lettuce. Would recommend to anyone who has arthritis in fingers or hands and has difficulty gripping things.

What a find!
This little paring knife is awesome. I love the serrated edge! It makes peeling so easy. Be careful, though, it's really sharp.
