So far so good...just opened package and it appears to be mold free but with a recent purchase of similar product, Which was moldy, I am apprehensive at best

No, No, No!
Just say NO to the Stollen. Crumbly, stale tasting. Very disappointing as it was for a grade school Holidays Around The World presentation.
