Welcome to Islam: A Step-by-Step Guide for New Muslims

This is a thin book, only 50 pages or so (it's not in my hands right now, so I can see exactly how many pages). This gives some very clear and concise information about the logistics of becoming a Muslim. I am not Muslim, nor want to be, but reading this gave me a lot of insight into the Life commitment a Muslim makes, their daily life rituals, and their basic beliefs.

I am beginning my journey with Islam and it can all be a little overwhelming. This books really breaks down the main things to start with as a new muslim. You feel the author talking to you and sending you encouragement through his words. This will be great to continue to reference as I continue my journey. Additionally, he provides AMAZING resouces at the end in the form of website to help you. Great Buy!

You can read this pamphlet in about 30 minutes or less. It has the most basic info that any Muslim would already know. Not worth wasting your money on this.

Great start for someone who wants to understand a bit more about the religion - I was hoping for a bit more of a history and deeper understanding of the Quran - but in all fairness the book did not promise this either. Easy and quick read - and much appreciated.

I was curious to know about some History behind Islam. Since I’m a catholic I wanted to know a little about this religion and it’s background. I thought the book was thicker, however, this looks like an appliance’s manual. Not a history book for sure...

It's a good book, concise, and easy to understand. I'm an interfaith minister, so I study about a lot of different religions. This little book taught me most of what I need to know to minister to Muslims.

This is very easy to understand and emphasizes not putting so much pressure on you as you’re learning about Islam. I like how he encourages you to take a slow pace but keep learning. Definitely very basic and simple. I recommend this for anyone new to Islam

Simple to read and understand, just what i wanted. I really only wanted a few of the Arabic translations but it's fascinating to read a little more about the basics of the religion, things i never even knew.

I will be recommending this book to others interested in learning more about islam. Looking forward to reading more books by Mustafa Umar insha allah
