Montblanc MB9101 Rimless Eyeglasses 9101

Glasses are nice, but one of the MontBlanc logos fell off and I am not able to get it replaced. The seller says that it is the responsibility of the manufacturer and not the seller. The help desk at MontBlanc said to take it to any one of their stores and they would send it in for repair. The store then called back and said that because there is a prescription lens on the glasses, they are not able to touch it. Why do they sell frames for prescription eyewear? They then referred me to Marcolin USA who informed me that "*Marcolin will not honor any warranties for purchases made through online retailers". Thus I have a pair of frames that has a logo on one side an a missing logo on the other side. The service is terrible for such an expensive frame. All I asked for is that they send me a replacement logo. I can put it on the frame myself.

Ordered this pair of Mont Blanc Eyeglasses for my husband's birthday and this is what I get. A dirty Mont Blanc box with a shoddy cellotape. And when I open inside, the tag that says ' not returnable if removed' already out and the main thing,the logo on the side of the glasses missing. This is absolutely ridiculous. Its not a cheap product. It's a shame to Mont Blanc as a brand . I think they should be become more strict with their dealers and suppliers. And also fail to understand how can Amazon.com even send such a premium item with no checks.

After the end of warranty (24 months) the gold parts lost their gold. The price to repair is very high, and I need to send and wait 30 days for the work.I am very disappointed and will not buy anything else from the Mont Blanc brand. The officials were very polite when clarifying my doubts, but I conclude that only the pens are good (I have a more than 20 years and never gave problem or lost the golden part)

I love these frames! They look and feel great (I've had other frames with the exact same measurements, so I felt confident about ordering them)! Very stylish! The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is because I couldn't get my first color choice of these frames (ruthenium) at a price I was comfortable paying. My frames arrived in genuine packaging, with warranty booklet and plastic lenses. My optician was able and willing to put my prescription lenses in without any issue.

Excellent frame but no local Vision centers will touch it. I had to take it to downtown Chicago eyewear place Glasses Unlimited for lenses. Montblanc does not have any information about these products !!! Checked their website and called their customer service for help but no luck!

The lenses are scratched, as if they were worn, peeling. I'm really upset. since before buying them ask if they were original and they answered yes.Totally false ...

I love these glasses. They have a very sleek professional look to them, good balanced weight, and are very well manufactured. Absolutely love them. Mont blac is great company. I would absolutely recommend these glasses.

The white Mont crown on the left side fell off two months into using the frame. Also, This frame is heavy on the nose as compared to the silhouette Titan frame.
