Poopie pills
These things make you poop. Just like it says on the bottle "removes unnecessary minerals from foods through elimination". The only thing about these is the recommended dose is like 4-6 depending the amount of food intake. It's annoying swallowing so many of these things every time I eat. Also increase appetite. But they're not bad. Can't say I lost all that much weight but body is healthier.

If you want to weigh less
After I ordered this, I found out more about what it was so i haven't taken it. I thought is was a gallbladder support. Anything with hulls is not my friend. I can't comment on this product except to say that all products of this nature should have a full description of ingredients and how to take it in the ads.. I didn't want to lose weight.
