Pigment Ink - WorkForce WF-7210 WF-7710 WF-7720 printer Refillable ink cartridge package - 4 multi-color bottles 90ml each color - 4 Refillable ink cartridges with Auto Reset Chips

I was very excited to get this ink and the refillable cartridges for my printer. I have a business that specializes in the personalization of t-shirts and other items and wanted a more economic ink solution. However, this ink is NOT the same quality as original Epson inks. It is not as vivid and does not keep its color well when transferring the printed image to the substrate. On the same day of installation, my print heads became clogged rendering my printer inoperable. I have ordered a print head cleaning kit and can only hope this corrects the problem. I will NOT buy this ink again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

Ordered this product for home use and immediately after installing print heads became clogged and soon after the cartridges aren't recognized by the printer therefore rendering them useless. To bad the seller refused a return for a defective product so as of now I am stuck with useless ink and cartridges. I will not recommend this product to anyone and will not order in the future from the seller.

The product itself was fine however the owner is very rude and very short. If you have a customer calling to inquire about an order it is just common courtesy to listen to customer and find out why the customer is calling before cutting them off and cancelling an order!
