I disliked the difficulty of screwing the cap / nozzle to the bottle. Unlike well made products, this one required very precise alignment and great force to rotate. There was high friction between the bottle and cap. There was low friction between the cap and my hand, owing to the absence of textured ridges one would expect to find along the edge. The result was explosive spilling, losing the nozzle as it flew off, inability to get the job done quickly, confusion, frustration, and rage. This portable bidet is inconvenient and totally disappointing. I tried (to no avail) applying liquid soap and candle wax to the threads in hopes of reducing friction. I may have to put rubber bands around the cap to make it grippable.Customers need to be informed of this inexcusable shortcoming in the product. Water leaked from the threads. It was impossible to fully tighten the cap. I hate this entire world. Nothing is made right. Everything is deeply flawed. All I do is buy bad things, get disappointed, replace them with worse things, and repeat the cycle. I am trapped on a planet of corruption. There are no engineers or quality control inspectors here at all from what I can tell. I have lost all hope that language, manufacturing, and commerce can deliver anything above a zero star product. Prime Day was a complete waste of time.

I had two major surgeries that left me unable to bend to use toilet paper so this is exactly the independence I was looking for I bought two on for him and one to put in my work bag that I carry everywhere. It is big enough for me to only need one fill up per use. There are other ones I tried that I was awkwardly need to get up and fill back up. This is a great size and I love the pouch that comes with it for privacy.

Was not quality /sanitary sealed to ensure purity 3. No directions or pamphlet came with the item 4. For all I know this could have been "used".. But it did say brand new in description... For item such as this, it should be quality sealed for sanitary protection and offer literature of some sort to identify the product and general specifications of how to handle and use. 5. For the price I paid, I should have received a better travel bag than the clear zip loc bag it came in.

This is the second one I bought! I am a special education teacher and use this in my classroom for my students that are unable to clean themselves. It is so much easier than going through 100 wipes a day. For my middle school students, who have weight issues, this is a lifesaver! The second one I bought for my mother-in-law. She can finally use warm water again and be comfortable. This is a wonderful alternative to actually doing plumbing work.

I came home from the hospital with a broken back I can’t go upstairs to my bathroom I only have the powder room. This is a very surprising tool I can get very clean easily with this device easy to use for a very handicapped person . Thank you so much for making it and selling it

I bought the portable Bidet in preparation for a knee replacement on Feb 15. I used it to see if it worked. It works, though I do wish the water pressure was stronger.

This thing is terrible. First off, it leaks. Second, though it marginally cleans, you still need toilet paper to dry yourself. And since it s personal hygiene product, you can’t return it. A complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY.

Following the instructions did nothing. I covered the hole as they said, water came out through the lid, through the screw cap. My entire bathroom floor, my pants, my underwear was soaked. Do not buy.

I have severe arthritis in my arms making it hard to wipe and this makes it easy to use and I break it down for traveling very discreet
