Neo Smartpen M1 Bluetooth Digital Pen Compatible with iOS and Android Devices, Windows PC (Yellow)

I waited a long time to write this review because I wanted it to be accurate. But I've used it for a semester now and I have to say this pain is awesome. The pen is extremely accurate and does what it's supposed to do. After the class is over I literally just throw the notebook away. It is such a great feeling to throw that damn notebook away. Rip up all the pages and toss it. And know that I have all the information stored electronically. The battery is pretty bad, you have to charge it every day if you are taking a class and taking lots of notes.I start carrying a notebook around now and just constantly write notes in it and it pops up on my phone later on to be used. When I'm in bed and want to review my thoughts for the day. I no longer have to go into a notebook. I just pull out the phone, which I am probably already using and review. The only con is the battery. I thought I would lose the pain within days but knowing ahead of time that it is a very expensive pen I take extra care to not lose it and I've never lost it. Also be sure to get the yellow pen. that way it is easier for you to see and less likely for you to lose. In a bag with other pens, the yellow ones sticks out super easy and it's easy for you to grab.the software is just okay, not great. The auto backup and auto sync needs a lot of work. It created a whole bunch of PDFs in my drive a folder that I don't really know how to consolidate.

I've used several smartpens from NeoLAB's competitors (think Livescribe) I had nothing but problems. The Neo M1 worked out of the box and is the most pen like pen of them all. Great functionality - much improved speed and recognition. I will be buying more!
