Unpeeled and rolled itself up
This privacy screen protector wasn't even on 12 hours when it unpeeled itself off my phone and rolled into itself. Complete waste of money. Just applied the second one (for another 12 hours?), we'll see how long this one stays on for.Edit: Seller has rapidly sent me a replacement. A+ for customer service

Bubble up on edges and corners.
Its great for certain phone cases but others will make the flim move causing it to bubble up on edges and corners.

not so good
the edges keep lifting up , they do not stay glued to the screen AT ALL!

A+ Product, exactly what I was looking for
Product came in a proper box with two sets of packaged cleaning materials along with the two screen protectors. Directions were vague (clean, peel, press, etc) but if you've done this before you'll know what to do. Installation was tedious but forgiving. It was relatively easy to peel the protector off the screen to get rid of bubbles or reposition it.Please note that in my experience I had removed the stock screen protector that shipped with the phone. It had received a pretty unattractive scratch on it and I bought this product as a replacement for it. I managed to get this to line up pretty perfectly with the top speaker but the cutout for the camera is off by just the slightest fraction of a millimeter, but is still leaps and bounds better than the stock screen protector. You probably wouldn't notice it if you had a wallpaper that darkens the area around the camera.Fingerprint reader works perfectly, hadn't had to retrain my fingerprints either. Some users have reported problems with it but I've encountered none.I use the LED wallet case with my phone and the screen protector comes close to it's edge but doesn't actually contact the case, but I can see how some users might have to take this into account. The screen feels harder to the touch than the stock screen, or at least not as squishy? It's hard to describe, maybe the polarizing layer adds to the structure. One thing I didn't anticipate but makes sense is that the outer edges of the curved screen do get blacked out by the screen protector due to the angle of the screen. Its unobtrusive and is kind of a cool shadowing effect in my opinion as far areas of the screen don't get any use anyways. All in all, I think its a great product that delivers what is advertised.

Horrific screen interference
Pros: Installs well, seems like a good cover, fingerprint sensor works through screen. Does provide privacy protection from side viewing.Con: Utterly wrecks the display view. Clear vertical/angles stripes are now between you and your glorious new phone display. Hard to believe they would release a product that impacts the display to the extent this one does. Would not recommend this product. Prior privacy screens I have used do not have this issue and have had more restrictive (better) view angles. In the picture, the very visible white/gray stripes are not the problem. Those are just camera/display interference. Zoom in and see the striations in the display. Very noticable in the white areas. Unfortunately, it's far more noticeable in real life, across all colors. Video is practically unwatchable.

Legit, great value & quality, but some important things to know
This is the only privacy screen protector (i.e. polarized film) that I could find that actually supported the ultrasonic fingerprint feature of the S10. It comes in a 2-pack with all the cleaning wipes, cloth and squeegee, etc. needed to quickly and easily install. It's polarized/private from the left and right side angles and there are no issues if you wear polarized sunglasses and view it. IMPORTANT: 1. BE CAREFUL WITH CASES. This product is a film that fully wraps around the curved side edges of the phone. This is nice as it offers full protection but if you have a case that touches (even barely touches) the side edges of the curved glass it will put pressure onto the film which will cause it to bubble up. The seller clearly states this but I chose to ignore it the first time - which is my own fault. You could attempt to trim the film with a razor at your own risk, but you might botch it up (like I did) and then have to reorder. 2. REDO YOUR FINGERPRINTS AFTER YOU INSTALL IT. This seems like common sense, but after I installed it, I had some issues getting the prints to unlock it and I was ready to blame it on the film. But then I deleted my old fingerprints and redid them all AFTER it was installed and it worked perfect, no issues. 3. LEAVE FACTORY SCREEN PROTECTOR ON. The S10 comes with a pre-installed screen protector from the factory (as stated in the documentation that comes in the box with the phone). It's very thin and scratches easily. However, I did NOT remove the factory film before installing. I installed this right over the top of it.

adhesive doesn't stay on
Had this screen protector less than 3 months and the adhesive that holds it on started to give about a month and a half in. at first I'd just rub the corners and think nothing of it. this morning I woke to find the entire top half of my screen was lifted off my phone. Maybe this is why they include 2 screen covers? not sure what the lifetime warranty covers for this situation..

It does the job.
I really like this privacy screen. It definitely works the way it is supposed to. It was easy for install, it fits with my case, and the fingerprint sensor still works, although you do need to press a little harder but that's no biggy. I figured I should write a review since it is kind of hard to find good privacy screens. This is definitely the one I would recommend.
