The Elderflower is great and brings out the botanicals in your gin. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful flavor *by Z***N on February 12, 2024* I discovered this tonic while touring Castle and Key distillery in Ky. They gave us samples with gin and it was such a welcomed addition to the gin. I purchased a bottle and was a bit worried I might not go through it in the six month shelf time. When I questioned this at the distillery, people around me who buy this tonic laughed and said, don’t worry it won’t last you six months. They were absolutely right, I go through it faster than I thought I would. I haven’t tried the regular flavored tonic but the elderberry is so yummy and refreshing.
