Proper exfoliation without the added dryness
I live in Denver Colorado if you live or have ever visited here you will know that despite common preconceptions it is a VERY dry climate, unless of course your in the mountains. As such, it is incredibly hard to keep your skin nourished when you are constantly battling against near 0% humidity for the majority of the year. That combined with your face producing extra oil to account for the lack of sweating and you have the perfect recipe for back-ne (back acne)!Enter Keelyn sugar scrub...I was at first a bit apprehensive as I had not heard of this particular brand before. After reading thru the product details and seeing it was manufactured in the good ol US-of-A, in an FDA-certified facility, I figured why not give it a try.All I can say is I’m very glad I did because this scrub has all but eliminated my constant need for chapstick, and healed my cracked/cut hands back to something my wife will allow me to touch her with lol!The product is a bit different from scrubs I’ve tried in the past mainly because of its texture. Rather than large super-hard crystals of cane this product uses brown sugar to do the actual exfoliating. This makes for a much more refined sensation that doesn’t leave your face feeling like you took a belt sander to it! After the exfoliation is done the Jojoba/Almond oils come in and restore a good bit of moisture without leaving an oily residue that can contribute to breakouts later. My primary reason for removing a star is the scent. Although I am used to and expect a bit of “medicine-y” smell from these types of products, this particular one just really didn’t smell like I anticipated. It’s hard to describe exactly what it is but it wasn’t pleasant. Suffice it to say Keelyn could definitely stand to add a bit of essential oils or fragrance to spruce it up in a version 2.Overall if your like me and live in a really dry climate, or your looking for a sugar scrub and are new to this type of product altogether, this would be a great product to cut your teeth on.

Works Beautifully
This scrub was very nice. it isn't overly abrasive it's very moisturizing and got the majority of the dry skin off and just really hydrated the skin underneath and left it smooth and silky feeling. The scent is very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this product if you're looking for something completely natural to exfoliate and rejuvenate your skin.

Amazing Scrub
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Ok I was a little nervous as it canes a little banged up. But my nerves were easily gone the minute I opened it up. The smell was sweet and made the whole room smell yummy. Like Thanksgiving .As I put my hand in the container and grabbed some sugar it was hard and crusty (as it should be) I then scrubbed my legs, so nice as it exfoliated my skin and left it smooth soft and silky.I then went to my arms and entire body same results. Last I did my face and I will say best exfoliate in some time and I use many products. If you ever had a sugar scrub massage this is better than they use. Awesome product for the price you can’t beat it. I will be getting more.

No skin irritation
I have crazy sensitive skin and am allergic to dozens of things, so I'm always a little afraid when trying new skin care products. This hasn't caused any reaction and was even soothing at the end of the day when I'm frequently a little itchy after anyone who lives near me has cut their grass. My skin is also so dry it frequently peels just like I've been sunburned, and this is a very easy way to remove all the little flakes without using harsh scrubbers that also remove the healthy skin.Easy to use, great scent that's not too strong, all natural, and gentle on the most sensitive skin... what's not to like?

Soft Skin Moisturizing Brown Sugar Scrub with Oils
This brown sugar face and body scrub did a great job exfoliating dead skin from my face, chest area, and shoulders. I then tried it on my stomach, buttocks, legs, and feet with great results. And what I like most is that I only had to use a thin layer. The scrub actually has the consistency of sugar and smells sweet like brown sugar. When mixed with water it melts nicely and spreads well on the skin leaving a thin oily layer. I rubbed it off with a wash cloth because a loofah would’ve been too harsh on my skin. And wow, I could feel the softness of the almond and jojoba oils. Great exfoliator and moisturizer for the skin.

Dry and hard!
I knew when I took it out of the box and shook it to mix it well and it rattled that it was not a good thing. It's dry and hard as a brick. I had to scrape it out with my fingernails. I'll try getting it out and adding some oil but I certainly won't buy it again.

Lump of rock solid sugar. Disappointed.
This arrived dried out, it’s a rock solid clump of sugar... no smell... no oil ... I tried to scrape a bit off of the top (with great difficulty) and added water to scrub my hands .... Nope.
