- To use: Put the traningaid on, zip up the zipper and buckle the belt in front, pass the crotch strap between kids' legs and buckle the belt. Adjust webbing.
- After use, rinse in fresh water and clean the buckle (remove salt and sand). Hand to dry for 48 hours in a well-ventilated place. Do not dry near source,store in a dry place.
