SWIGM 12-Cup Coffee Maker,Stainless Steel-Black

So I bought this coffee pot after reading many of the 1000 reviews that claimed it had programmable temperature control for the coffee, a spout that didn't dribble, was easy to clean, the coffee was hot. So to my surprise there is no control for coffee temp, not even a BOLD button. The spout dribbles when you pour a cup. The coffee isn't that hot and seems to cool right off when poured into a cup. It is easy to clean. I went back to Amazon to find the helpful reviews to make sure that I had the right coffee pot. You know what? All the reviews were gone and the coffee pot is discontinued. I could have gotten a Mr Coffee down the street from one of the big box stores at a better price that worked better. Don't buy this one and be a little suspicious of reviews.

I immediately processed a return. It arrived with scuffs and scratches on the base and the overall appearance is just plain cheap. I purchased it as a gift but would never gift this to anyone in this condition. We'll see if this review gets posted because the only ones I see here are 5 stars. That's pretty hard to believe.

Should have listened to my intuition. I DO NOT believe ANY of the 5 star reviews. Wish I had seen the 1 star review before I ordered this. Cheaply made. Doesn't even have the Mfg. name on it anywhere that it can be seen. Won't sit flat due to bottom design. Takes more coffee to make a decent cup of coffee. Would have been better off, so would my wallet, to go to the local store and buy one. I will next time. TOTAL WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY

We had this coffee maker for just over two months. The coffee it made was alright, but the after just two months of normal use it totally stopped working!

If you want to waiste over 70$ on a coffee maker that only lasts for 10 months, then you should buy this. It turns on but does not make coffee. The day before it stopped working, the heating element stopped working. The very next day it wouldn't make coffee at all. Only one pot of coffee was made per day.

Love the well fitted filter so that grains dont overflow into coffee.

Don't believe all the 5 stars. This is one of the worst coffee makers I have had. It brews too fast making the coffee weak. Also there is no bold operation for coffee. The coffee is so bad I went ahead and bought a Cuisinart coffee maker shortly after trying this one out.

I purchased this coffee pot seven weeks ago and it stopped working already. It is only used once a day. Unacceptable for a $73.00 product. Hopefully the company will stand behind its product and exchange it.
