Cool idea- could use a bit more thought on structure.
Definitely note the dimensions for height- much shorter than I envisioned. Was hoping to put this in proximity of the window where I have other feeders on staked hooks, but this is too short to see from indoors. It also has no way of attaching an acrylic weather guard dome, so it will be at the mercy of the grackles and starlings. : / Cool concept - hoping to find way to make it taller at some point.

Strong and secure
I was surprised at the heavy gauge of the metal, and the thoughtful latch to keep the duet balls secure. I switched my old feeder to this today, and the birds took to it instantly. I'm so impressed with the quality and value, I might even get another one. I even like how this looks - an aesthetically pleasing suet feeder is an unexpected pleasure. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

Too short and not strong enough to keep upward with suet balls in it.
The poles are too short for bird to safely eat from them, and the springs is so weak the feeders gages down weirdly with food in it. I made one feeder higher with the metal from the other two I bought but no bird ever eats from it.

Not very well made
Purchased June 2018. Rusted and broke off March 2019. Not very durable. Big disappointment.

Junk. Pole broke with one week of us. Too much of a pain to return... Wills never order again and don't recommend.

Broke within first week
It's lower to the ground than I expected and a racoon got the top of it and the metal support rod broke at the joint.

Great bird feeder!!
Very happy with this bird feeder. Design and quality are top notch. It arrived yesterday and this morning when i looked out the window there was a bird on the feeder and one below. Shouldve bought 2, the birds love it!

I barely put this into the ground and a woodpecker pounced on it. This is so cool. I really like that the top spiral area is flexible.
