The concept of this flat-fall style is simple. It’s meant to be dropped to the ocean's floor and reeled back up 30 feet or so, then dropped again, and again to create the appearance of struggling prey. The "Smoker” can also be cast and free fall to the bottom, just waiting to be attacked. This jig is center balanced and falls with a wobbling action in a horizontal position. The hydrodynamic design results in a slower fall which allows the jig to work the entire water column while enabling a much larger strike zone. The "Smoker” weights are from 100 grams to 350 grams to handle any current or depth. ## Features - About this item The BEST DEAL in the Jigging World - 6 JIGS FOR THE PRICE OF 5 Plus FREE Heavy Duty Canvas Lure Bag with DOUBLE-PLY PUNCTURE PROOF Clear PVC Sleeves ($20 VALUE) | Quality Protection for Quality Lures ALL 6-Pack Jigs Have MUSTAD STRONG FORGED HIGH CARBON STEEL HOOKS and MILITARY GRADE KEVLAR Assist Cords | Each Jig Comes Standard with an OWNER Stainless Steel 1000+ lb Test Strength Heavy Pressed Solid Ring & an OWNER Double Ultra-Wire Split Ring with 256 lb Test Strength Our 7x Multi-Coat Coloring is SCIENTIFICALLY DESIGNED to Enhance Appearance to Fish in All Conditions - Our Dark to Light Color Contrasts & 3D Geometric Patterns Create Multi-Angled Light Reflection Maximizing Underwater Visibility Tested and Proven to be the STRONGEST FLAT FALL JIG in the Industry PALOMAR is the ORIGINAL USA Jig Company That Inspects Each Hand Crafted Product | We Ensure Quality by Exclusively Manufacturing and Selling Our Own Products & Never Using 3rd Party Sellers ## Images ![Palomar Flat Fall Jig Slow Pitch Vertical Iron Ocean Lure | MUSTAD Hook-OWNER Ring | Military Kevlar Assist Cord | 9 Colors-5 Weights | 6-Pack / 2-Pack Bulk Prices | Nex-tGen GRAPHENE PAINT | US Owned - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51BunoxXwLL.jpg) ![Palomar Flat Fall Jig Slow Pitch Vertical Iron Ocean Lure | MUSTAD Hook-OWNER Ring | Military Kevlar Assist Cord | 9 Colors-5 Weights | 6-Pack / 2-Pack Bulk Prices | Nex-tGen GRAPHENE PAINT | US Owned - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61qFZjLmjkL.jpg) ![Palomar Flat Fall Jig Slow Pitch Vertical Iron Ocean Lure | MUSTAD Hook-OWNER Ring | Military Kevlar Assist Cord | 9 Colors-5 Weights | 6-Pack / 2-Pack Bulk Prices | Nex-tGen GRAPHENE PAINT | US Owned - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61u7wkgd-6L.jpg) ![Palomar Flat Fall Jig Slow Pitch Vertical Iron Ocean Lure | MUSTAD Hook-OWNER Ring | Military Kevlar Assist Cord | 9 Colors-5 Weights | 6-Pack / 2-Pack Bulk Prices | Nex-tGen GRAPHENE PAINT | US Owned - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61hQCSkcewL.jpg) ![Palomar Flat Fall Jig Slow Pitch Vertical Iron Ocean Lure | MUSTAD Hook-OWNER Ring | Military Kevlar Assist Cord | 9 Colors-5 Weights | 6-Pack / 2-Pack Bulk Prices | Nex-tGen GRAPHENE PAINT | US Owned - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71mmuf4D3ZL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All six jigs came with mustad hooks and rings along with a really nice lure bag *by K***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 12, 2017* "Bang for you buck the six pack is the way to go. All six jigs came with mustad hooks and rings along with a really nice lure bag. All lures were packaged nicely with plastic covers on all hooks to prevent ripping. This company is first class. They really have gone out of their way to create something better than what's already out there. Can't wait to take these beauties offshore and get bent!" ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ these jigs are great quality *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on August 25, 2018* my first time using them i landed a 25 and 32 lb red snappermy clients have landed fish up to 30lb on them in the last 2 weekends and had some fish they couldnt stop.I lost 3 on the first day.I should also say that I have been a charter Captain for over 20 years this was my first time using these jigs and they proved themselves. i will always have them on the boatCapt. I've purchased the leading name brand as well as knock offs before. These are better than name brand because of the quality of the split ring (heavy duty) and the solid ring used to secure the Mustad assist hooks. The assist cord is heavy duty Kevlar. The colors and finish are outstanding. To top it all off, my 6 pack of jigs were delivered in a beautiful, heavy duty jig wrap bag that will be used to safely store these in my tackle bag. Then there's the price. I received 6 flat fall jigs for the price of 4 name brand jigs. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/110238568-palomar-flat-fall-jig-slow-pitch-vertical-iron-ocean-lure](https://www.desertcart.be/products/110238568-palomar-flat-fall-jig-slow-pitch-vertical-iron-ocean-lure) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
