Waste of money
It’s a good looking journal, my 8 year old grandson was excited to receive it. However we can not open it after two times opening it. It’s jammed shut. Password no longer works. Can not open it at all anymore. Even followed the instructions to look for the dents. Total waste of money!

Horrible, Lock stopped working after 2 days
Returned this after the lock stopped working only 2 days into it. Luckily my daughter hadn't started writing anything in it yet. We tried everything. The password, the rest instructions, everything. I will never buy another with this type of lock.

Starry starry night......
This was a present for my 10 year old granddaughter. She is interested in astrology and she loved the diary and the cover. I hope this will be the start of many years of journaling.

Perfect
Great purchase! My daughter wanted a locking diary but the ones with keys always seem to get lost (the key) so glad I found this option! The paper is good quality and it's a refillable journal! So once she fills this one up, we can get another journal to slide into the case.

Definitely hard to get into
The problem is that is was hard for the user to get into. And to lock for that matter. It was very easy to personalize the combination, it was just very hard to open and close overall. Returned.

lock sucks
I’m very mad at myself that I didn’t read the product reviews before purchasing this for my child. What they all say about the lock is absolutely true, she opened it once with the passcode, closed it, and can’t get it open again. I would’ve returned it if she didn’t already right on the first page!

Lock is no good
Like all the others, the lock got jammed and couldn't locate the dents to reset the password though it wouldn't have helped because a piece of the metal was preventing the whole thing from unlocking either way.

DO NOT BUY
This is such a waste of money. Got it for my daughter 2 days ago, changed the password on the first day, was able to open it once with new password. Once it was locked after that, it would not open with the new password or the password it came with. The instructions are terrible, the dents you are supposed to be able to find if you "forgot" your passcode are impossible to locate. Such a waste of money. 10/10 would NOT recommend purchasing, ever.
