It is well made, a beautiful raspberry red color. I washed it in cold water and dried on medium heat- it shrank a little but no more than I would expect for 100% cotton. Wash seperately as it bled !! Did not affect the color of the robe though.

I purchase the ivory color in size xxl. The fabric is wonderful soft almost velour texture on the outside and inside a very nice medium thread terry cloth. Just right weight to without too much bulk. The length is nice and long even for me at 5'9', size 14 women's, it is just at or below my ankles.The lower star is for limited overlap. I usually wear a large but selected XXL to have as loose fit and overlap as possible. The fit is perfect, at my waist the overlap is good but over my hips there is only 3-4 inches so it gaps as it goes down. The ties are needed and they look strong enough, I will probably add something to hold the gap together below my hip line. ... Very happy with this robe. I ordered it but my husband is giving it to me as a gift. Best way to help my hubby give the perfect gift.

Very nice and long length. Love this robe I bought for my mom and it was too small for her. I decided to keep for myself after I started a return. I think it does run a little small im 5,3 130 and usually wear a small but the medium fits perfect. If you like more room size up.

I have wanted a long, dark red robe for years, to replace an old favorite that I had given to my mother when she needed a robe 40 years ago. This robe is absolutely wonderful. I bought it for my husband to give to me for my birthday.I am 5'8" and 162 lbs, and I sized up to an XL, and it is perfect. Well, nearly perfect - the sleeves are super long, and I have long arms. I hemmed them three inches. I probably should have waited until after I washed it. I may air dry it so I don't lose any length, as the length is perfect, to my ankles.

Its pattern is so beautiful. It's very well made with thick, warm material and good strong seams. I'm 5'1, 142 lbs, and the medium fits well. If I wanted it to fit loosely, I'd order a Large. It just barely touches the floor, which I love. I've washed it many times in both cold water and warm and the colors are still bright. The first time I washed it, it shrunk very slightly, but I took it out of the dryer while it was still damp and stretched it across the shoulders and midsection. Now it's perfect. A huge problem, however, is that although it's wonderfully soft on the outside, the inside is unbearably scratchy. I love this robe otherwise, so I'm going to line it with a soft fabric.

This terry cloth robe is so cozy and warm. I am 5’ 81/2” tall and I weigh in at 145. I bought the size large. The robe length was too long with my slippers on, so I was concerned about tripping over it. I washed and dried the robe and it shrunk up about 2”. Perfect! Just be aware that there will be some shrinkage. Otherwise the belt holds its shape because of the thickness of the material used. Other flannel robes for women out there are just thin and the tie won’t hold its shape (from my experiences). If you have a concern about it being too thick, don’t worry because it’s very breathable. I highly recommend this robe.

I was looking forwards to this red waffle house coat.Its very well made, only thing that I am not happy about is the shade of red.Its darker than the photo and more like dark wine.I would have given 5 stars if it was a brighter red like the photo. Its still nice but for that reason alone I can't say I love it.😐

I was really disappointed and quite shocked with what I received. The dressing gown's hanging loop was broken and the stitching had come undone around the neck. But I noticed a fragrance coming from the fabric that smelt like a perfume, when I smelt the garment and then realised that there were two smells! One up the top like perfume and one around the middle of the garment smelling like the medicated rub 'Deep Heat'. But to top all that I discovered blood stains on the left armpit! The quality of the garment design and fabric were good though
