I've order the Secure regular in the past and enjoyed the taste. If you purchase the MCP version be prepared for a different flavor profile. Its not bad, just different. You know when you bite into something and your expectations aren't met, your first response is usually negative. Well that was the case with me when I sampled the MCP version for the first time - it didn't taste like what grandma used to make kind of thing.

Love this mixture with my smoothies every morning I use a scoop. I’m satisfied till lunch depending on what time I had my breakfast smoothie. I would say it definitely keeps me satisfied for at least 4-6hrs. Mixes well and taste good! I would recommend it

I love everything about this its its just delicious 😋 and mixes creamy. I got both chocolate and vanilla. For me they're a bit fattening so I have to be careful how much I use it. I was taking the vanilla flavor straight up at times bcuz I love the taste & needed a treat whilelow carbing, I began to feel my behind growing after doing that a few times 😅

I've been buying the vanilla version of this formula and the second I would put the powder into the water, it would be instantaneously combined...Not with the chocolate...The powder sat on top, clumped and it required I get a small whisk and keep mixing it until it blended...and still, there were bits and pieces that never got unstuck from the side of the glass.. I'm glad I tried the smallest container just to taste how delicious this actually is...but I think there was a problem with this particular batch...It's just too frustrating to blend powder and liquid and I'm very used to the vanilla being easy to mix. Probably won't purchase the chocolate version again...

I bought this to use as meal replacement for weight loss. It's terrific. All 3 flavors tend to be sweeter than I like, so I mix them with 1/2 a cup of unsweetened almond milk for the slight bitter, and water. Works great. The best part is how good I feel. They give me a steady energy, and no slight headache like I get with most other protein shakes. They are high nutrient, and use clean ingredients. I could not be happier. Worth every penny. Amy

This taste great, mixes well with fruit and spinach kale etc. I have used after surgeries to help with protein etc.Problem is it is way to expensive! First container was $70!
