In return you will develop a toned butt, quads, thighs and hamstrings.   Designed for Quality & Function The TnT Hip Resistance band is made of a soft and thick grippy material. These bands will not roll up or slide, our band stays put and performs better then other cheaply made bands. We currently offer two sizes in the bands Small/Medium (S/M) and Large/X-Large (L/XL). The S/M sized band offers a higher resistance and and recommend for intermediate to advanced athletes. While the L/XL band would be better for a beginner to intermediate athlete. It can also be noted that larger framed individuals can benefit from the larger sized band while smaller framed individuals may prefer the smaller diameter band.   Why TnT Body?
