I bought this undersleeve to wear under my Bledsoe knee brace. I'm petite, 4'8" tall and I got a small and it covers my leg from ankle to mid-thigh. It's snug fit and the band is not too tight. I tore my ACL last year and I have to wear a knee brace for sports. I do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thay kickboxing. I like this undersleeve because it's made of lightweight material and it prevents my knee brace from slipping and scratching against my skin. I would buy this product again.UPDATE 03/07/2016: I've been using this undersleeve for
