GEO Sprouter Plus

When I decided to be healthier, one of the first things I wanted to do was to sprout my greens because I cannot eat all that I would like to. AND sprouts have up to 100 times more nutrients than the actually full size plant.

delivered on time and in good condition. great product and works just fine. fits nicely in the fridge and can even do sprouting in the fridge in hot weather.

I bought it because it is popular. It's not bad at all. I produced some good sprouts. I've produced some bad sprouts. So maybe it is my technique but it's cheap and it's worth a shot.

I ordered this because it was BPA free and the new design with less parts but the one I recieved was not what I ordered, it looked like the old model and was not BPA free, also it was blue and not at all like the picture :( I will contact amazon as they have been good to me in the past.........

I have been growing sprouts for more than 30 years, but always had problems with spoilage in the jars if I didn't watch them constantly. I also could not grow any good volume unless I had half a dozen jars going, a big hassle. This product allows me to sprout lots of seeds, several different things a a time, and to start them at different times. Very versatile and convenient.I live in the north of Wyoming, with short, often dark winter days. Fresh vegetables are not always available. This gives me the opportunity to have raw sprouts and greens any time, a real blessing. I grow my own alfalfa and mung beans for seed during the summer, as well as radishes and other seeds. That is far less expensive than buying seed, and I know exactly what I'm getting, with no chance to have it contaminated with sprays or whatever.As for keeping the seeds hydrated, I rinse them twice a day at the sink, and just watch the hydrometer in the room so I can spray them a little in between times. I have a spray bottle dedicated just for the sprouts, and fill it with tepid water. It is ok if it is room temperature, but should never be really cold. I also leave a little water standing in the bottom drain pan, just to provide a bit more humidity. Those in a hot, humid climate would not want to do that, of course.

I love this product. I live in the U.K.I cannot believe that No-one in a country the size of America has purchased this sprouter.I'm in a state of shock...Come on good people of the United States, give one a go.

does not keep the seeds wet enough to spout.... maybe just do one layer... maybe that would work... I hope something will

Facile da usare e da pulire - anche in lavastoviglie -, manca solamente il coperchio.Bisogna fare attenzione quando si impilano i ripiani, se si mettono correttamente però sono molto stabili.Peccato non ci siano delle buone istruzioni, bisogna cercarle su internet o prendere un libro.

Les graines germent très bien sans moisir, sans odeur, grâce à l'espace entre chaque plateau, vraiment très pratique, j'arrose matin et soir, mais je pose sans tasser, une feuille de papier alimentaire sur la première couche qui n'est pas couverte, sinon elle sèche trop vite.Je vais en racheter un 2ème, car je suis une grande consommatrice, crues et dans les soupes tièdes pour préserver les nutriments. D'ailleurs, elles redonnent de l'élasticité à ma peau qui a souffert suite à une grave maladie. Effet VIVIFIANT!Alors je continue ma MEGA CURE ! Et j'encourage les personnes à en faire de même, car c'est vraiment REVIGORANT.

I bought this as it was larger than my small square sprouting trays which crack and drain less efficiently and I needed more growing space. This does the job superbly and is so easy to use, although I do sprout beans in jars so have only tried pulses and seeds in this. It allows a good size sprout crop which is ideal now all the family love to include its yield in their salads and sandwiches so there is some left for me too. Just as well as I find there are huge health benefits from eating sprouts, The ultimate nutrition.I found the other reviews very helpful when choosing a new sprouter. I also did not get the seeds/beans advertised here but to me thats fine because I sprout everything I get my hands on and already have loads, but should warn others just starting to sprout not necessarily to expect the above seeds. If disappointed - tell the supplier as they stock them all on their site-they may rectify this.Great value for money though.
