How the device never worked. And the customer service from the manufacturer was horrible. The manufacturer took 5 days to reply to my first email, and then only asked what my problem was despite a thorough description with attached pics. They took another 4 days to reply to my follow up, and asked that i repeat what I had already done... my most recent email has been ignored even after I sent a follow-up email. Please note that the support is from the manufacturer, not the amazon seller who was prompt in sending me this device.DO NOT BUY!! DO NOT BUY!!! When inserting Pressy, the button is almost always inadvertently pressed. You can't help it. When pressed, you are prompted to reinsert the device...With all that aside, I have 6 shortcuts created. If all it did was turn on your flashlight, it's well worth $10. I have it setup to send a text based inquiry to my bank with "bal" in the message. Its so easy to know what my balance is using this feature. I also use it to quickly open the picture gallery as well as Reddit.My biggest concern was that YouTube and multimedia content would be muted with Pressy occupying the headphone jack. On the contrary, the audio still plays through the speaker of my BlackBerry Priv. Greatest mobile accessory of 2016!!!Edit: I stumbled upon a work around for accidentally pressing pressy during insertion/installation. Select 'headphone use' icon when prompted. You should be prompted to make a selection again, as if the app software knows it isn't a headphone jack. Then choose 'pressy' and it works every time, the first time. After the second selection that is. Hope this make sense.Lastly, mini maglights use to sell for $9.99. This device converts your headphone jack into an 'instant' flashlight button. It does take 4 second for the light to come on, but you can press the button as you are pulling it from your pocket so that it's on when needed.
