Good quality factory parts fixed the problem the first time
I used this on an Amana commercial-grade residential washer, model LWD70AW, that had developed a tub leak around the seal. This OE replacement parts kit had everything I needed to complete the repair to the seal. Interestingly, Speed Queen still manufactures this washing machine 22 years after I bought mine; the design has withstood the test of time. I will warn you that this replacement job is not for the first-time DIYer; you will literally dismantle the entire mechanical portion of the washing machine in order to replace this part. There are some YouTube videos on how to do this job which may help you, but be advised they're riddled with bad advice. One thing you will definitely need is a 38MM deep-well 1/2" drive socket to remove the hub nut. These are readily available at auto parts stores. Also, be sure to wear gloves while doing this repair; the insides of these washing machines are full of sharp edges. Good luck on your repair.
