So comfortable and no slipping heel increase insole
I've jogged and worn high heels all my life. No problems. But recently I needed to have a few pairs of flat boots on my shoe racks. I walked AWKWARDLY in those flat boots because of no elevation. And these gel inserts provide comfort and slight elevation to acclimate my feet for flat shoes. I was really pleased when someone told me that you can list the insole in the shoe and place these under it for a tight fit without the slipping that some complained of. I bought three more pairs for my other tennis shoes and they have really helped with my heel pain. I got the 1 inch, but if I did it over I might get the smaller ones. These work great, but I feel so much taller and it kind of effects my pants length. The price is much cheaper than some I looked at, but the soft, flexible feel of these is great and I feel like I am walking on air. My heels were so bad that I could only wear flip flops. Now I can wear tennis shoes again and my heels are so much happier.This is of perfect height and length. This is neither hard not soft. This item should have more softer and width Should be slightly more.
