How handmade soap made?Grease+NaOH+Water=Soap+Glycerine.Glycerine is the obbligato ingredient in beauty care products,there will generate 25% glycerine during saponification process. Glycerine is benefit for skin,moisturize and gentle.Ancient people used the alkaline substance from fire wood ash,nowadays will use the NaOH from sea salt,after saponification process,it's not NaOH but soap and glycerine,the PH value will keep in PH7. Why my soap will emit water sweat?The soaps were produced by cold process,they also call cold process soap.The 25% glycerine and we mix plant essential oil,which contain plenty of moisturize ingredients,so the soap will lock the moisture around the air automatically. It will not effect the cold process soap's quality,just wipe out.The normal reaction of our skin while using.If you are the first time to cold process soap,please notice.Few people after used the process soap will reveal skin rough and dry or cause small knot similar to acne. These reactions we call it "improve phenomenon".
