Can these be left out in a Chicago winter or should I take them down?

I have 3 sets of these in my yard. Live right outside city of Chicago. Have left them up all year and I am always amazed how they continue to work. Especially during the winter months.

Says you can string together multi sets by taking off "end cap" & connecting, but 1 end goes to solar panel & string ends with a light bulb? So how?

Has anyone been able to connect the sets? I bought 4 sets with he intension of connecting at least two. I will have to reach out to company before I return. Will be too bad because everything else about them is good.

How big are the bulbs?

Maybe 3". They really light up my porch. I hung them on the pergola.

Can the individual light bulbs be changed? If so what size would they be?

You do not need a bulb, if you don’t buy the kit you can get a c type wire to plug in if there’s no sun. I didn’t purchase one so I bought on the outside unless u have one already with your phone. Place the black square were you have the most sun. I put around my gazebo.
