LeapFrog Leapster Carrying Case, Pink

The case seems very durable and I feel like it protects the Leapster well. My only complaint is that the space for the cartridge storage is a bit awkward. You can fit 3 cartridges on one layer and 3 more on top of that. An elastic band holds them in. It seems like it would be better to have a shallow, see through pocket where it's easy to see all cartridges and take one out. But I suppose the current design allows for the case to be more compact. Overall we're happy with the case.

I'm not sure what else we could have used to protect the Leapsters so in many ways it was a necessary purchase. We own the leapster 2 and while it is a snug fit it does exactly what it claims to do. My youngest at 4 can operate the zipper easily and can fit two/three cartridges in but theres not room for more than that. So far it's held up well since Christmas. I fully expect it to last as long as the toy. After all it's designed to protect.. isn't it?

Love this case! It holds the leapster and 4 games (1 in the system). It keeps everything safe and in one place!!! We recently had to replace one of the leapster 2s because the screen stopped working (we are pretty sure my 3 year old banging on it is what did it in...my 5 year old wasnt happy) so we got our daughter the Leapster Explorer and were very happy to find out that it fits in this case as well. The only thing is, those games are much smaller so dont fit as well....they are loose in there but Im assuming you could get many more of those games in there.GREAT CASE!

We have has this for around 4 years now 3-7 yrs old. Its very easy for her to open, so she doent spill the contents everywhere trying to open it. My granddaughter users it all of the time. Its still holding up well. It does a good job protecting the game unit. She has around 10 cartridges that it holds sorta well in an elastic strip inside. Would have liked to have a pouch instead, but it works.

My daughter received this for Christmas along with a Leapster 2. The case is very sturdy which is exactly what I was looking for for a 6yo. She love the color matching her pink leapster and the wrist strap is perfect for her. She can carry it around without having to worry about dropping it or putting it in her travel pack. The undercarriage portion of the case perfectly fits about 3 games so she can carry a selection and swap out games while on the road. We love it!

I purchased this after finding out that Leapfrog had discontinued the Leapster2 as a safety measure for my daughter's Leapster2 since it can't be replaced anymore. This works great. We've managed four games, as well as the gaming system inside the case nicely and it seems quite sturdy. Plus it's pink and purple which automatically makes it a winner in my daughter's mind. I would recommend this case for anyone who has a Leapster and is looking for something to protect it for another few years. :)

Great purchase. I bought it for my kids for Christmas as they have their Leapster but had to store it in another container. The kids love keeping their game system and their games all in one neatly storage pouch. Helps to teach the kids responsibility buy putting everything away in their space. Pretty durable and zipper is of good quality.

I am very satisfied with this case for the Leapster. The only drawback, is that there really isn't a place inside to hold the game cartridges. We have managed to put 3 cartridges inside with the Leapster, but you have to be careful that they don't fall out. Overall it's great and very compact.

Pretty case hard wearing an perfect fit. However the storage for game cartridges is better on the girls handbag case. I use these to carry around the game cartridges and camera for my daughter and son as they are too young to keep them in their own cases without losing them

I have no regrets in buying this case. It was a good price and the leapster fits in well with 3 games fitting underneath. You can also keep a game in the machine and it still fits in and there is also more room for a couple loose on the top (although these could fall out when the case is opened!).We took the leapsters on holiday and they were safe in the case. The handle makes it easy to carry.Definitely worth buying to help store the leapster and games and to keep them all in one place.

This case is very handy for the leapster stopping it getting damaged the compartment at the back is very good for taking games out and about with you. My daughter loves being able to take it about with her.If you have a leapster this is a must have to go with itJ*

done what it was suppose to, protect the leapster, got an carry handle, with a zip, fitted nicely plus storage for games too

Loved this item. Great for a 4 year old who drops everything and also holds games in it aswell. The colour was very girly.
