Packaged well.*UPDATE* - after two weeks of great performance the unit started making an awful vibrating noise. A fan or motor has vibrated itself loose and is inaccessible without disassembling the unit. Rotating the unit backwards causes the noise to lessen. I will be returning this unit.**UPDATE 08/19/2019**Decided to risk it and take the unit apart to find the noise. Found some sort of wire bracket loose inside. Removed it and the noise has ceased. Decided to keep the unit because it's a little boss when it works correctly. Hopefully the QC department sees this and looks into assembly defect.

I have had this dehumidifier for about 3 months and it works great. I gave it 4 stars because the water reservoir is to small. I have to empty it twice a day and I could empty it 3 times a day! They should offer the ability to buy an extension line. My sump pump is located about 25 feet away from where I plug in the dehumidifier.

The media could not be loaded.  I needed a quiet dehumidifier for my small condo, which seems to be too humid all the time, even in winter. This Tolys dehumidifier fits the bill. I LOVE that it is quiet and does not take up a lot of space in my utility room. It sounds mostly like a quiet fan running and at the same time, really pulls a lot of water out of the air.It was very well packed, came with the casters already on so I didn't have to put it together. It was easy to set up. I simply plugged it in and pressed one button and it started up. The controls are very intuitive. Low vs. high fan, set the humidity level that you want and you are set to go. I also like that the handles are on the side, so it is easy to move around and the air comes out of the top, so that I can dry clothes on my clothes line right above it. It has a clothes drying setting as well and the air stream is very powerful. Highly recommended.

So noisy that it is infuriating as cannot be in the same room

I’ve been using this dehumidifier in my basement for a couple days and it performs quite well. It is also so easy to set up and maintain. The unit is relatively quiet running and does a nice job removing moisture from the air based upon the setting I select, these dehumidifiers are easy to use, the water reception tanks are easy to get in and out, as is the filter. And the packaging was great and made setup really quick and easy. Just cut the shipping straps and the whole box lifts off of the base, and then the unit is on wheels.

I plugged this in my boat thinking it was working while I was away. It never worked. Too late it only has 1 year warranty.

After letting it sit for a couple days, I've been running it for the past two days and it is pulling a lot of water out of the air. It is fairly quiet, The design is sleek and nice looking. So far, I am very satisfied with this dehumidifier. good prices. good quality.

We use this dehumidifier in our 2 room basement. It's always had that damp, musty, stinky smell. This has worked great. The odor is gone. It took about a week but it concurred the stink demons and there gone. Love it.. Wish I had purchased this year's ago. Good quality, good price.. No regrets on this purchase... I WOULD recommend this product..
