Works.
Worked fine. There might be some degradation in signal. In the future, I will replace the wall plate, with one that allows the wires to hang down naturally. For now, this works fine.

Exactly what I needed
I bought this to use with my DirecTV HR24 receiver. I have a wall plate and the coax cord was bunching up and taking up too much space. This adapter works perfectly. Now the cord doesn't bunch up and maintains and nice slim fit profile.If you have DirecTV, MAKE SURE you get this type of connector, one that can pass the 3Ghz frequency. If it doesn't have the blue insert, your signal will degrade.

Wrong item three times...
The description states 3GHZ Holland connector. It also shows a BLUE insulation on the inside of the connector. It's not either. It's not a blue 3GHZ connector and it's not made by Holland. My Dish Network tech showed me the difference and showed the signal from both a "true" 3GHz connector (that is blue) and a this white 1GHz connector. There is a difference...and more importantly the blue connectors are tested and rated with a higher frequency. My tech will not continue to warranty my HDTV Signal with this white connector. He stated it must have blue. A blue 3GHz connector is pictured on the web page and is what I ordered...white is what I got...three times I received the wrong item. I give up. I will buy elsewhere. If you want a true 3GHz connector order from somewhere else.

These connectors did their job, but it felt like as I moved the arms of the connector relatively to each other, the signal would fluctuate in and out. Once the connections were tightened, signal strength and quality were fine. But the fluctuations were concerning.

Just what my entertainment center needed.
I had been looking for a solution to get rid of the cable TV line sticking way out from the wall plate causing my entertainment center to be an extra 2" off the wall. This Coax right angle was exactly what I needed and I now have my entertainment center pushed back to the wall as it should have been.
