These really make you sweat. I went for a walk and I also just sat around in them and boom sweat happened which is it’s job. I honestly got them because they were cute and feature a pocket. I like pockets so I can keep my phone near while walking and as you can see an iPhone 7+ with a commuter otterbox fits comfortably in the pocket ( I took the picture with my smaller XR but thought to put the bigger one in my pocket to text how big I could go.)Make sure you don’t put on cream or lotion before wearing these because they will be difficult to put on.

These pants are great and are real value for money, much better than others I own. I used the size sheet and they fit perfectly - I'm 5'5 1/2" and around 155/160 lbs and got size L , black with yellow fluro trim.I have a few pairs of these types of pants and so far these seem to be the best. I wore them around the house and I did sweat with just light activity, also did some yoga and they were flexible and comfortable. Very pleased with the purchase, will probably buy a couple more pairs as they are lighter than my other neoprene pants. They are in the wash and I'll take some photos tomorrow when they're dry.

This leggings will make you sweat!!!!Like really. As soon as I put them on I was already sweating. They’re not the most flattering leggings out there but they get the job done. I felt like they fit me weird on the crotch area. There was like “extra space” there but I couldn’t pull them up any higher because there were stuck to me like butter because of all my sweat! Can’t wait to work out on them! The measurements were accurate and fit right around the waist. My hips were a couple of inches bigger than the measurements I got because that was the only option that would fit my waist but I still saw no problems with that!

Finally, I have a pair of leggings that do not slipped down while I'm running on the treadmill! These leggings fit very well and are made of high quality materials. The side pocket is snug enough to fit a cellphone that has a cover. While I ran on the treadmill, the phone did not budge at all. I was shocked. After my workout, there was a lot of perspiration so the sauna material works. These will be my go to leggings for the gym. I plan to purchase another pair to alternate on my workout days. Also, follow the size chart and to get your correct size.Update: These pants are so amazing, I had to purchase another pair. I love these and they help to take inches off my problematic midsection.

These are really great sauna leggings, I tried them on for 2 minutes and was already sweating. They are high waisted and stay in place. The pocket for a phone is a fantastic. They do make a bit of noise when walking

I really enjoyed the workout pants. They were very comfortable on. When they arrived they were in great shape. They didn’t have that harsh rubbery smell that most do. They are very nicely made and very cute. They are form fitting and work well with a couple other products I have purchased through this company. I really enjoyed my workout in them. It was a task at first with putting them on. But I learned very quickly they are easier if you start at the bottom, inside out/upside down. And on dry skin. No lotions or oils. That will only clog your pores and keep you from sweating and also probably cause chaffing. I looove loooove looove this product and would totally recommend.

I have purchased slimming sweat pants in the past, I must say, I feel the material of these pants are of a better quality. I used them with Hot Shot Slimming gel, and give me an hour, I my legs have definitely sweated. What I really like, is between these pants and the gel, the dryness of my legs are all but gone and they are noticeably slimmer. My only complaint is that these pants run a bit small in the ankles and calf. I am typically a loose size 8 or a snug size 6, so I ordered a medium. It is a bit of a struggle to get the pants up over my calfs, but being so snug is what makes them work so well.

When I first put these pants on, I was pleasantly surprised; they weren't too tight and they hit me on my waist exactly where I wanted them to. I wore them around the house to get used to how they moved. They felt good, I was able to move easily. So I wore them to the gym. I put my things in my locker then went to the free weight section. No later had I done one squat when my pants ripped right in the crotch. Fortunately for my pride, I was there in the morning, and there weren't many people. But still, I was embarrassed. So all that to say: wear these at home comfortably, but wear them to the gym, and you won't be the only thing getting ripped.
