Ivan the Terrible (A Wicked History)

Ivan really was terrible. This book covers the main points of his life. The Wicked History series of books is for junior high school students. (Or smart elementary school or dumb high school students). If you are interested in some historical person, but don't have the time to read a long scholarly book, read a Wicked History book. Most people can read a Wicked History book in a day.

My son, a fan of Night At the Museum, loved it.

We used this book for an English class. It worked well for us.

All of the Wicked History books are well written and always provide you a perspective you likely haven't read in other books. Great for kids as they are enjoyable to read.

This was perfect for a writing assignment for a 3rd grade class. The information was easy to read and understand and allowed our child enough information to complete his paper on a famous person. Good book!

Way to summary level, not what I expected.

Excellent

Writing in overly simplistic, short sentences using very basic words. Seems as if it were written solely for children, and even they would find the style boring.
