You get what you pay for
I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a thigh bag until I knew that I would get on with it well. The first thing I did was check the clips to make sure they all worked and 2 of them promptly snapped (I wasn't even wearing it yet and was not applying too much pressure) It gets 2 stars because it can still be used as long as I don't lean forward and it's a handy lightweight bag but if I wanted something more hardy and built to last then I would invest in a better quality one.
