Art Models MonikaT003: Figure Drawing Pose Reference (Art Models Poses) Kindle Edition

I thought this was a very good single pose reference material for studying anatomy, proportions, 3D modelling, and the like. The model is well posed. It's hard to find standing straight poses like this were the model is not looking directly into the camera, which for me is somehow distracting. I prefer this more as it reminds me of the live models we had in art class when they took standing anatomical poses like this and looked straight ahead and not at you. For me this feels like they are actually modelling their bodies rather than posing for the camera.

My wife and I are taking art classes and the instructor suggested this series. They show many poses and body types for drawing reference.Even with the reference, I still find it difficult to get the hands and feet drawn correctly. I can't blame these guides for that though...

This model is standing and it is harder to get the proportions correct. A sitting model does not present a full front and the arms and legs are harder to show when they are tucked against the body in other works.

Use product for drawing that is all.
