My family didn't care for it much except in a chicken salad. I don't think we'll get it.

The texture's just a tad "slimy" to me, kind of like okra, but it has a nice strong lemony flavor.

I'm vegan and allergic to mayo anyway....so I try different spreads and alternatives all the time...for salad, dips and sandwiches. This has to be one of the best....Holi Aioli Lemon Basil...especially with seafood and chicken is amazing! You won't be disappointed...and a little goes a long way...very flavorful...
