This was my dilemma: I wanted a pretty bone china tea cup from England, but I wanted something that a) would hold more tea than the standard cup and b) could go in the microwave because I like my tea piping hot and halfway through I like to reheat it. This lovely mug fit the bill exactly - English bone china, very lovely, holds a good-sized cup of tea and can go in the microwave. (Many pretty tea cups cannot go in the microwave because they have gold trim). I also like the way the rim comes out a little bit. The straight up-and-down shape also holds the heat quite well. So glad I bought it!

Would give five stars but mug arrived cracked and will be returning for either a replacement or refund. Replacement preferred, good product, just fragile.

Nice mug for the sister of "Pink Roses", she loves blue.

It's the only coffee mug that is comfortable to drink from. The size is perfect, the rim shape is ideal and the handle is almost right.Good pattern too.
