Hamhock Outdoor Gear No-Dangle Doggy Bag Holder (Blue)

I think one of the more expensive doggy leash bags on Amazon, but I liked its description and appearance so I purchased it. It does seem to be of good quality and loved the look. It doesn't dangle below or bang around when it's on the leash. I recall some contradicting reports in the reviews but it does hold an entire new roll of the standard poop bags. Plus at least one other loose bag rolled up. It attaches well to the lease through the "belt loop" design as well as the Velcro tabs that can wrap around the leash hand loop so it doesn't slide down toward the collar end of the leash. So all of that results in meeting expectations.However what I didn't realize, in reality the placement of it near the leash loop obstructs my hand some when I go to loop the leash around my wrist. So the leash loop is effectively a bit smaller. Also, as my school age daughter pointed out immediately, when our wrists are through the leash loop we like to then grab the leash just below the loop. However, the bag holder is right where we like to grip the leash.So we do not Velcro the holder near the wrist loop, rather we slid it down about 6 inches and fastened the Velcro tabs extra tight around the leash. That is enough for the holder to stay in place during walks but grabbing it the holder could be slid along the leash. So far this hasn't been annoying enough for us to remove it.To sum up good quality, nice looking, fits a bag roll, but it gets in the way of holding the leash when we place it near the wrist loop.

I think this is a good product, and far better than most of the others I have tried. This was my fourth try to replace my old Outward Hound bag holder, which appears to no longer be produced. I fits well on the leash and stays in place near the handle. It is also easy to open and close with one hand. It shows no wear and tear from several months of regular use. My only reservation, and the reason it gets only 4 stars, is the size. It only will hold 5 or 6 Bio-Bags at a time, so you have to be diligent about refilling it. So Hamhock Outdoor, make a bigger version and get the 5 stars.

I gave 4 stars because I don't like that there isn't an opening for the dog bag to slide out of like most. I can sew and made my own which makes it very convenient. It suggests putting keys and other things in here but if you want to use a roll of dog bags like I do you won't fit anything else. This didn't bother me because I didn't want it for any other reason but just trying to give a good idea of the size. It's really great and doesn't annoy me when I walk with the leash

Absolutely love this doggie poop bag. It's the first bag I don't have to worry about accidentally stepping on and breaking it which is happened with just about every other bag I have ever had. I have no trouble fitting a normal Roll of bags in this container. My biggest complaint is a little bit of a struggle trying to unzip it and pull out a bag when picking up dog poop. If you want to way around that I would suggest you put just a handful of bags in loose so that all you have to do is pull out a bag and not rip it off of the role which is a little more difficult. All in all a great idea because I always have my bags with me and I love the way they have the Velcro to attach it so that it doesn't slip down the leash.

I don't really like the design of this doggy do-do bag holder. It's not very convenient to get in and out of, and doesn't offer any option for leaving the bag trailing out for easy grabbing. I suppose it's intended for a different use, like putting on a leash and remaining low profile, but it's just not for me. I quit using it in lieu of one of the hanging ones with an opening in the side. If you need a low-pro leash bag and you're ok with opening it to get at the bags, while your dog runs around, then have at it;)

This pouch works great for doggy bags and holds a whole roll. I do wish it was larger so I could put my keys in it as well. Seems to be well made and is very practical.

The quality is fine and I like that it doesn't dangle and is snug to the leash. But it only holds maybe two grocery store bags... I just wish they had made it a little bigger because I am too lazy to reload bags for every walk!!!

Great bag!! This bag is well designed. It fits perfectly on the leash and does not hang off the leash. There is not a slit in the bag to allow you to access the poop bags, you will have to unzip to retrieve your poop bags. The bag is made out of good material that appears that it will last a long while.Highly recommend this product
