Easy Way to Increase Your Iron Intake (but Watch Who You Order from)
These were made in Japan, not China. I bought two of these directly from Amazon Japan and had them ship to the US for about $26, including S/H.They will leach iron into water. This is an easy way to increase your iron intake. I put one in my electric kettle and boil water with it.Each piece is about 3” x 1-1/2” x 3/4”, and comes with a short cotton string.Know this is iron, and it WILL rust. Don’t let it sit in the water. Let it dry immediately after use. You can remove rust by wiping with vinegar.
