Always room for improvement...
I would give it a 5 star rating, but to me there's always room for improvement. First my husband and I disliked the fact it cost way to much. Second the seat needs to be a little more narrower for easier access on the plane. Third the wheels could be better. Its a little hard to deploy the wheels and carry your baby in the seat if your little one is over 20lbs, you really need muscles, thank goodness I travel with my husband, if it only came with a push button I can only imagine what the price would be then. Over all we love the concept of this sit n stroll stroller, it does come in handy if you travel a lot.

Truly amazing...why doesn't everybody who travels with babies have one?!
Amazing. This is the 2nd one (toddler outgrew the seat belts on the older version and luckily they mended that issue on the new version). It has been so so useful. A life saver of travel, really. Plus, we always get people turning their heads and wondering what it is. Once we explain it and that they have to have one if they travel with little ones, they actually looK so excited to buy one.Only issues have been that we can't figure out how to install the sunshade. But the manufacturer was extra nice. Also, the locking mechanism when pushing the wheels out wouldn't work 2-3 times until multiple attempts were made but might have been human error because now it's working fine again. It's super easy that me or my husband can do it.

BROKEN AFTER 4 MONTHS!
BROKEN AFTER 4 MONTHS! After providing an initial 5 star review for this Sit N Stroll, I now must change it to a 1 star. We have been using the Sit N Stroll 3-4 times a week taking our daughter for walks and also using it as a car seat. It was working fine until a couple of days ago when one of screws came loose. Luckily my daughter was not in the Sit N Stroll when this happened, or it could have been detrimental. Healthcheck systems won't provide a replacement since it's past 30 days. Please be aware that the quality and reliability of this product is below average; think of the safety of your child before deciding to buy this for your family.

Nice enough
SoOo useful But sometimes it stuck on some holes on the road because of the small wheels that I had to stop the cars till I could handle it

A must have travel stroller, not a daily stroller.
Ok folks, this is not intended to be an every day use stroller. This is exactly what you need for air travel. It doesn’t do anything perfect but it does everything it has to for an easy, convenient way to travel with an infant. I had 2 of these, I used them for about 7 years and never had an issue. We traveled frequently, 10-15 trips a year and the only way it was possible was with these. I could even leave the handle down so my 4 year old could help push his 1 year old little brother while I pushed his twin and dragged the roller board. If you fly when you travel this is an absolute must have and you can leave the balky stroller and car seats at home, this does it. Just not every day.

Want to limit the amount of baby crap you buy? This might work for you, as it did for me.
I started using this in 2006, took the baby home from the hospital in it. It was our main stroller/carseat for almost 3 years. Critiques complaining that it is difficult to install are somewhat correct, but once you've gotten used to it, it's not that bad. And yes, the wheels aren't the sturdiest on the planet, but they work fine on grass (slowly) and uneven sidewalks (carefully), although you can't push it around like it's a jogging stroller. I used a rolled towel under the front of the carseat in back-facing position, and it was fine in forward-facing. I strongly disagree with reviews saying that this is a heavy carseat. I found it to be very light in comparison with any other carseat or stroller. And I'm no bodybuilder or anything. I used it with ease after I got the hang of it.The thing is, it was the only carseat I'd ever used, so I didn't realize that others are more tightly adhered to the car's seat than this one (which always seemed to have more than the recommended maximum 1 inch of leeway from side to side). So in retrospect, I wonder about its relative safety. When the Florida Highway people checked that I'd installed it correctly, they were confused, having never seen this before, and the woman commented on the side-to-side leeway, worried that it wasn't tight enough. I looked it up, though, and saw that it was approved by whatever the relevant agency was. That said, this thing got us where we needed to go with NO OTHER crap to lug around for our kid. I used this as a main stroller for almost a year, and then got a jogging stroller for neighborhood shopping trips and continued using the Sit-n-stroll for trips involving any driving. It worked on airplanes, in restaurants as a high chair (unless the chairs are smallish), and any time that she fell asleep while we were out, so that I'd just lift up the whole seat, pop in the wheels, and strap the whole thing into the car. Most of the time, we took it out with the child, so that the parent who was with her always had the carseat and stroller, and there was no other carseat to deal with in the other parent's car. What prompted me to write this review now is that my sister has a 10-mo-old who will be going with them on a cruise. There will be a taxi to the airport, a plane ride, a taxi to a hotel, another taxi to the ship, and then back again on the trip home. She currently has a VERY HEAVY and expensive click-in base carseat facing backward, an umbrella stroller, a jogging stroller, and another carseat for when the child is older. WHOA. I'm getting hives just thinking about all that crap in my house. And she doesn't want to haul around a regular carseat, which is so heavy, so she's online right now buying a very light carseat for $49, bringing the total to THREE carseats and TWO strollers. (Then again, she has 3 baby bouncy things in her living room.)That sounds like insanity to me. If you are the kind of person who doesn't mind having 800 baby items in your house, and if you carry a ton of things with you all the time, then the storage pouch on this stroller won't be enough for you. I found it to be a very easy get-out-and-go gadget, probably because I used it every day, and I was certain that I didn't want to buy more than necessary. I was breastfeeding during the first year, so I didn't have to carry bottles/formula around, and that also made it easier for me to downsize the carrying bag in a way that might not apply to everyone. If you only carry what you must and are focused on avoiding a things-based baby experience, then I would recommend this seat, while cautioning that you remain objective about what it can and can't do.
